Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Cadence, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Cadence is a life rhythm tracking app that allows you to log daily habits, moods, and activities, and view insights based on your data. The app stores all data locally on your device.

Subscriptions

Cadence offers an optional subscription to unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed via your App Store account settings. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings under Subscriptions.

Free Trial

Cadence may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable fee.

Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

Cadence is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The app is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional health advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
